Career and Education

As a Field Coordinator at Clark National Accounts, Madelyn serves as the on-the-ground connection between the project team and the wide range of communities the company supports, including restaurants, senior living centers, healthcare facilities, universities, entertainment venues, and hospitality partners. Her work helps create efficient, safe, and well-functioning environments across the United States.

When not traveling across the country, she supports project planning by preparing quotes, sourcing product alternatives, and coordinating installations. Her role directly impacts the community by enhancing the quality and reliability of the spaces where people work, gather, dine, and receive care, ensuring these environments operate smoothly and meet the highest standards.

Madelyn is a 2025 Summa Cum Laude graduate from West Chester University with dual B.S. degrees in International Business and Supply Chain Management. Her time at WCU was marked by inspiring leadership, academic excellence, and deep community involvement.

She served as President and Vice President of the WCU Irish Dance Team, leading the team to a Top 10 finish at the Collegiate National Irish Dance Championships. During her sophomore year, she was crowned Miss West Chester University, stepping into a role that combined academic leadership with community engagement.

Women in Business Journey

The first Wednesday night of her freshman year, Madelyn's neighbor knocked on her dorm door and asked her to join her at a Women in Business meeting. She walked into a classroom with just 15 students and a pizza box. With thousands of women on her college campus, she immediately saw the potential to expand the club’s outreach. By the end of that year, Madelyn joined the Executive Board and became the Events Coordinator, as a freshman!

That year, Madelyn took the initiative and created the first Women in Business Networking Fair, a judgment-free space for the club's members to secure internships that became a staple of the organization. Throughout her time as Events Coordinator, coordinated club sponsors, invited corporate speakers, and played an instrumental role in developing the Women’s Mentorship Program.

Over the next two years, Madelyn served as the club’s Vice President, working tirelessly to grow membership to over 160 members. Under her leadership, the club was recognized as one of the most improved and innovative organizations on campus.

In 2025, Women in Business was named Organization of the Year at West Chester University, which has over 450 organizations campus wide.

Being part of Women in Business helped Madelyn grow as a leader and reinforced her passion for empowering women in business. She is proud to have been part of such a vibrant and ambitious community of women, and she will carry the lessons and connections she gained through her time with Women in Business throughout her career as a Field Coordinator within the world of Supply Chain and Logistics.
